Service Description
New Day Christian Counseling and Coaching is not led or managed by Fellowship Church's leadership but exists as a separate organization. Fellowship Church permits New Day Christian Counseling and Coaching to use the church’s facilities to offer the community additional services beyond the church’s scope of ministry/ministry plan. Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING: Payments for sessions are made at the time of scheduling. I understand and agree that any appointment I cancel within 24 hours or more notice will be rescheduled at no cost. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to full charge. All the information I have included in the New Day Christian Coaching Agreement Form is accurate. I understand and agree to all the information provided.
